Contractual conditions Campus 1
The lease has an annual contractual obligation and, where requested, there is the possibility of sharing the property with another tenant presented directly by the applicant, or alternatively the management will endeavor to present another person to share the apartment and costs. The confirmation of the pairings falls under the responsibility of the tenants.
At the time of signing, in addition to the security deposit equal to two monthly payments, 50% of the registration tax and stamps will be required in the absence of the flat-rate tax (cedolare secca), together with the rental fee and condominium expenses for the current month.
The professional fees charged to the apartment for the start of the lease are equal to Euro 300.00 (VAT included) to be paid upon confirmation of the lease agreement.
Upon release of the apartment, sanitization and thorough cleaning will be carried out. The costs will be charged to the tenant.
It is possible to option the property as early as the month of July, by preparing a lease proposal containing the tenants’ details and upon payment of a deposit of Euro 300.00 which will not be returned in the event that the property is not confirmed by 31/07. The start of the lease is usually expected from September.
Small pets may be authorized.
PRICES PER APARTMENT
Standard two-room apartment 50sqm, the rental fee will start from Euro 580.00 per month and the condominium expenses are estimated in advance at Euro 105.00 per apartment, subject to any adjustment at the final balance not currently foreseen.
Prices are to be divided per tenant if shared with another occupant.
EXCLUDED SERVICES
Electricity, hot water, heating and waste tax (TARI) utilities are excluded and will be registered in the tenants’ names.
Dishes and bed linen services are not provided.

Electricity, kitchen gas where available, hot water, heating and waste tax (TARI) utilities are excluded and must be activated directly with the service provider and registered in the name of one of the tenants.
Dishes and bed linen services are not provided.
